Visit Our Storefront
You can visit our storefront at 109 Country Club Ln, Anthony, NM 88021, during the day to purchase smaller retail cuts of beef. It’s a great opportunity to pick up fresh, locally-raised beef and connect with us directly. For more information or to place an order for smaller cuts, call us at (575) 640-5904.
Order Quarters, Halves, or Whole Beef
For those looking to stock up or buy in bulk, we offer whole, half, and quarter steers. Here's a simple guide to help you understand the process:
- Whole Steer (Approx. 800 lbs live weight): The total cost for a whole steer, including processing, is around $3108. This includes about 260 lbs of fresh, frozen, and vacuum-packed beef. The price comes to about $11.95 per lb after processing.
- Customization: You’ll work with us to provide cutting instructions for your beef. Not sure what cuts to choose? No problem! John and Keri are happy to guide you through the options and help you create the ideal cuts for your needs.
- Deposit and Timeline: To get started, we require a $850 deposit. After that, your steer will be processed and ready for pickup in approximately 2-3 months, depending on availability and scheduling.
Farmers Market in Las Cruces
Looking for single cuts or want to meet us in person? We sell our beef at the Las Cruces Farmers Market every Saturday. It's a great opportunity to chat with us, learn more about our ranching practices, and buy fresh cuts of beef straight from the source.
